Living with your best friend
Not always being right
Breathing for 10 seconds before answering
A blame game
It’s true, marriage is ALL of the above, but I’ve learnt that you get out what you put in.
Don’t point the finger unless you’re willing to accept your faults too.
Becoming a wife or husband does not suddenly perfect all the issues you’ve carried in previous relationships what it does now is provide a front row audience member that will witness YOUR imperfections played out daily. Unlike the outside world where your ‘script’ is on lock. Marriage goes about unscripted, unedited and with an over 18 rating. From comforting, reassuring hugs to angry, venting text messages the dynamics regularly can change. However good, honest, true and transparent love will iron out those imperfections and issues not so that they disappear but enough that they do not destroy you both and in the best scenario. Grow you both.
